🏠📉 Housing Market Check! Prices Dip Again in June 📉🏠

StatsCan reports a national New Housing Price Index decline of -XXX% in June, marking the THIRD consecutive month of drops! 📉 Greater Sudbury & Calgary saw the biggest monthly decreases. 

🤔 Is this a sign of things to come? 

➡️ London (-2.3%) & Edmonton (-1.9%) saw the fastest year-to-date price declines, partly due to tariff uncertainties. But Halifax (+4.6%) & Quebec (+3.9%) bucked the trend, driven by supply shortages. 

💡 Fun Fact: Quebec's new single-family home inventory is DOWN a whopping XXXX% since January!
