So tell me you don't understand strategy.  

The courts are corrupt.  He was never going to win a case in DC.  So he got all the actionable evidence necessary on the record in the Sussman and Danchenko cases so it could be prosecuted later.  It's pretty hard to get evidence on the public record unless you have a case.  So a pissant case you know you aren't going to be allowed to have a winning verdict in is perfect as anything.  Access to the court and the ability to file the evidence.  Once it's on the record, it's actionable - Period.  And there is no statute of limitations on conspiracy to commit treason.. which he got on the record.  

Now tell me what he didn't get done right under their noses while getting hit with crap for 'losing' a case in a rigged courtroom.  You're welcome.
