@Trudeauwatch24 @KirkLubimov @justDaniel75 The better question is why many top scientists in defence, cutting-edge STEM disciplines, AI, robotics, etc. have NOT proactively gone to a Chinese embassy/consulate to offer their services - something as simple as dropping off an intro letter w their faces recorded by CCTVs?
