After the AGC started acting like PMX’s PR agency in the Rawther case (which was just a personal civil suit, nothing to do with AGC) and during the JAC judge appointment crisis (again, not their business), now they’re at it again. 

This time, the AGC is warning civil servants they’d be breaking the law if they join the Turun Anwar rally on XX July - even though it’s a political protest and a matter of constitutional freedom of expression, not AGC’s jurisdiction.

So, is the AGC going to charge every civil servant who joins if thousands turn up? Under what criminal section exactly?

Never in Malaysia’s history has the AGC meddled in public rallies like this.
