"I came in, just worked and put my head down. Tried to learn as fast as I could. I think those guys trusted me and knew I had a few years under my belt. There are a few things I can do, and I know one thing is that you cannot run the ball on me. If that is something coming in that they need help with? I knew that was going to be fixed just because I know how to read the run and read off blocks. The big thing is those guys trusted me and believed in me.
