Heard of Barrie Trower?
Microwave weaponry expert. I watched a video of him several years ago when he was in underwater bomb disposal training.
 His instructor was yelling at him saying "don't you know that an adversary could be pointing a microwave beam to trigger the bomb or point it at your head to make you make a mistake", and that's when Barrie started to get into how microwave weapons could disrupt brain function.
