Ambassador Romualdez said there is still time to reduce the XX% tariff. 

He clarified that there is no transshipment coming to the Philippines. 

Details of the US trade deal are still being finalized. He also mentioned the potential for a joint venture and US investment in Subic. 

Lastly, he expressed interest in seeing a XX% tariff on their deal with the US.
