The Philippine Treasury will soon sell government securities starting at XXX pesos ($8.80) to expand the investor base and support economic growth. 

The government will offer treasury bills at XXX pesos and retail bonds at XXXXX pesos, with sales facilitated by Philippine Digital Asset Exchange and GCash. 

Treasury says investing in bonds will soon be easier.
