@geo_fed They'd have to issue shares for dirt cheap ($16/sh).

The market won't even pay $20/sh for $CVE here..  

But unlike $CPX & $KEY issuing shares quite a bit below market price, not sure if $CVE would enjoy the same quick capital appreciation following.
