David Brom was sentenced to life in prison for murdering his family with an axe including his young siblings he was released this month under a Minnesota law passed by the Tim Walz administration. 
Olmsted County Sheriff Kevin Torgerson, who responded to Brom's horrific murder scene back in 1988, voices his concerns over the decision to release Brom from prison.
