Citizens need to make more of an issue to their polititians. MAKE THEM LISTEN.  However you need to. Riots included, otherwise hese criminals will continue to rape and murder. Fuck the police. They wont protect you. I now have a baseball bat and "other" implements of destruction behind my seat, and other places, at all times.
