A report from the House Judiciary Committee has revealed that the FBI repeatedly spied on a priest from the SSPX in Richmond, Virginia in 2023 and tried to pressure him into divulging answers about a parishioner 

National Review reports that they even 'wanted to plan a meeting with London police’s counterterrorism division to see if they had more information about SSPX and the priest' 

The Richmond office attained notoriety in February 2023 for the now Infamous 'Anti Catholic memo'
