Problem #3 (most important): LPs were forced into wide steps

Because of the 69-bin cap, most pools used wide steps like:
🔸100 bin step
🔸80 bin step
🔸Sometimes even 50…

But it’s well known that tighter meteora bins (like XX step) = more concentrated = more fees
