Ran into all X of these today:

• hallucinated a token address
• agent forgot approval flow mid-bridge
• lost track of my collateral when hopping from Base to Arbitrum

This isn’t theoretical, AI in DeFi still breaks under real-world pressure.

Makes me appreciate what symphony is building with verifiable rails. We need agents that understand flow, not just guess at it.
