City-owned property, federal CDBG funds wasted on security patrols and "smoke tests" while basic inventory management fails.

This isn’t about food deserts—it’s about D.C.-style bureaucracy burning cash on pet projects without accountability. CBKC’s nonprofit model can’t mask the core issue: government can’t run grocery stores.

Redirect funds to real solutions—cut red tape, empower private sector innovation, and stop subsidizing failure.
