New Crypto Laws Give Ethereum The Edge, Says Bitwise

Bitwise analysts called last week a “watershed moment” for crypto, saying new U.S. crypto laws strongly favor Ethereum by boosting its role in tokenization and stablecoins. The analysts noted that Ethereum’s network already hosts XX% of stablecoin market cap and XX% of tokenized asset value, positioning it to benefit most from clear regulations. Bitwise also highlighted that ETH’s surge and the rising ETH/BTC ratio confirm its thesis that ETH will close the valuation gap with BTC, while legislative clarity will unlock more institutional capital and product innovation across Ethereum’s ecosystem.
