I was up there a few weeks ago and Kelly's (on Revere Beach) was charging $XXXXX for a clam plate!

Outrageous!

Back when I was growing up there in the 1970s, the clam plate was $XXXX and that was expensive even then. They gave you plenty of clams but heaped them with onion rings, which I usually fed to the seagulls.

I did not get anything there this time around.
