🟠 LATEST: Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) just amended its trust agreement to allow in-kind creation and redemption of shares.

This means authorized participants can now swap actual BTC for ETF shares, not just cash.

It’s a big step forward for Bitcoin ETF structure. More efficient flows, tighter pricing, and better fit for institutions.
