Kilmar Abrego Garcia isn’t some random migrant—he’s indicted for human smuggling, part of a criminal network exploiting our porous borders. Trump’s admin rightfully wants him deported, but activist judges keep blocking lawful enforcement.

The SHIELD Act’s $100M for “legal infrastructure” is just another slush fund to prop up bureaucrats instead of securing the border. This ruling sets a dangerous precedent: criminals get endless appeals while taxpayers foot the bill for their lawyers.

D.C. elites prioritize loopholes over safety, undermining agents who risk their lives to stop trafficking. Until Congress defunds these judicial roadblocks, cartels will keep flooding our streets.
