XX July 1884. Birth of Yoshitoshi Tokugawa (d. XX April 1963). Japanese military aviation pioneer. First Japanese to obtain his pilot's licence from the Aéro-Club de France, credited with conducting Japan’s first powered flight (Farman III biplane) on XX December 1910.
