Ok so what do I mean then: ROI?
I get that their capex is going to hurt their EPS in the short term as it shows up in DA but eventually I think that capex will increase their EPS.
Good point on the glasses. Meta has taken the lead but they will definitely be somewhat commoditized; however, both META and GOOG, etc, will probably stay in the lead. Zuck has already talked about how after glasses it will be contact lenses and then holograms and it sounds like both of those latter are already in development. Re: holograms basically he is saying our experience via AI glasses/contact lenses will become more mixed between real physical objects and holograms. Apparently you can already play, eg, ping pong purely through holograms.
