You can get the full, up-to-date list of South African athletes suspended by the Athletics Integrity Unit by downloading the official “Global List of Ineligible Persons” directly from the AIU’s website.

Just head here: then click the DOWNLOAD button at the top—once you have the file, you can sort or filter by nationality (“RSA”) to see all names and details as of July 2025.
