Cease's swing and miss stuff is exactly the kind of guy the #Astros turn into a stud, and while hes struggled with consistency this season, Cease has been a top X CY finisher 2x before. 
It would be a match made in heaven, but theres sure to be a ton of competition for him and an exorbitant price tag
