Yes I do agree with you but at least wait for eth or whatever coin shows some straight at different support like wait for 3500 eth and or 115K btc and then you bid, plus we have FOMC next week so imo we need to see what are the mm strategy dump pre FOMC or pump pre FOMC we don't know here yet. 

But if you have enough dry power and are comfy in spot, yes this dip is for buying.
