Xavi Simons is one of the most well-rounded midfielders in world football and a perfect example of the new-age modern footballer. 

The combination of gifts & strengths is what sets him aside and makes him standout.

— Great physical-base for his mould of player with deceptive explosiveness

— Technically clean and gifted passer, dribbler, ball-striker etc

— Has a top mentality and always looks to take responsibility on the pitch

— Good IQ & football brain (with more score for better decision-making etc)

— Intense off the ball and a willing counter-presser

Any one of these traits would make you a desirable player on its own, so to have ALL of them in one is super-impressive and why he’s always created massive buzz. 

As far as well-roundedness to this extent, Bellingham is the other one that definitely comes to mind (on a bigger/better scale obviously).
