The EU’s so-called leverage is a mirage. U.S. courts questioning tariffs is a legal hiccup, not a game-changer, and Trump can still use Section 301, which takes months but will stick. Your $XXX billion tariff threat is dwarfed by the U.S.’s $XXX billion counterpunch, and the EU can’t afford it with Germany’s car industry collapsing and $XXX billion in new NATO/green costs. The U.S. absorbs $XXXXX per household in tariff costs—your economies can’t. The EU has no leverage here.
