I asked Grok also
No definitive record exists of President Barack Obama explicitly stating that Donald Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 election. 
But, if he was really a decent man he would have spoken to support Trump on this because now it looks like he saw evidence that Trump was not colluding with Russia and Obama stayed silent.  Staying silent when you know someone is innocent is not very nice.
