The political system would need to break down considerably from here for them to do something like that in my opinion, which is worth about X sats.

Also, counterparty risk is an excellent reason not to own Strategy or any btc treasury company, in my opinion. 

The only way I can see them seizing MSTR is if they are cooking their books.  That's a hell of a lot bigger risk to bitcoin investors than govt seizure.  

But black swans are, by definition, unforeseeable.  Trump is pretty unstable and just does things so anything that isn't impossible is possible.
