Given the fact there’s been no clear explanation from FINRA or SEC, we can only assume something nefarious is at play. 

Why else would they refuse to FOIAs or sharing other information?

I can tell you why: FINRA and SEC are deeply intertwined with Wall Street. At best they made an honest mistake allowing the naked shorting to occur. 

But, given history, I’m sure it’s a heck of a lot more damning than just a mistake. 

Americans deserve transparency!
