I get that this is a legal jungle and some people will argue X and some Y about which approvals were there, but my read is: As long as a Sable officer, under the threat of purjury, goes to court and says „here is fire marshal sign off, we now hold all the permits“, then that satisfies the ruling. Yes it will all get fought over again in the XX days but OSFM sign off = no CCC will be brought forward or thought necessary by Sable to lift this and as CCC approval is not a permit necessary for operation but only the repairs (allegedly, contested in court AND prior to AB 1448) this is not a permit the court or sable would expect to be necessary. That is what it means to me at least.
