Can you explain what kind of fraud one might think that happened here ?

Cause literally this is just missing transactions history. There is no way that a missing transaction is hiding for example a movement of X million kapsa to an address that wasn’t supposed to get there. 

Nodes keep the entire UTXO set meaning they have every single address and their balances. If Kaspa goes from A to B the node can only allow valid transactions to go through.

Any other kind of fraud would literally require a network split and convincing everyone else to mine on your different network. 

Or somehow controlling XXX% of the nodes at launch when literally it got launched publicly to strangers outside of just devs.
