🚨 SEC freezes Bitwise ETF approval! 🧵

Just days ago, the Bitwise XX Crypto Index ETF was approved — offering exposure to $BTC, $ETH, $XRP, $SOL, and more.

Now the SEC has pulled the brakes and suspended it.

🔍 Bitwise: “Surprised, but confident in ongoing dialogue with regulators.”

This is the second time the SEC has walked back an approval (first was Grayscale).

What does this tell us?

– U.S. crypto policy is still shaky
– “Approval” doesn’t mean launch-ready
– The ETF race is far from over
