A lot of people accusing us of breaking minecraft TOS, so let's clear that up

hytopia did a huge NFT sale in minecraft which was counter to the core principles of the game, a massive overhaul of the games rules resulted.

the rules written were quite specific however;

X.  you cant have blockchain tech in the server our client - our servers communicate to a backend API, nothing signed from minecraft.

X.  you can't sell minecraft intellectual property as NFTs  - we have no NFTs 

X.  A rule against play to earn -  our product focuses on traditional server monetization and allows hosts to do a lot of things; Play to Earn IS one of them and it's an optional feature up to the hosts digressions to add or not.  In addition regulatory clarity on this topic is needed, earning a token isn't the same as earning a dollar 

Our app is focused on bringing a huge gaming community to base, an extremely positive sum product that does not gate anything behind sales/ownership.
