❗️🇷🇺Medinsky's press conference following the third round of negotiations in Istanbul.

▪️We proposed to form three working groups that will work online: on political, humanitarian, and military issues.

▪️All agreements on humanitarian tracks from previous rounds have been fulfilled.

▪️The parties are now completing the exchange of XXX prisoners of war from each side.

▪️At least XXXXX military personnel will be exchanged in the near future.

▪️Russia returned more than XXXXX bodies of Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers to the Ukrainian side and received a small amount of its own. They offered to transfer another XXXXX to Ukraine.

▪️The question of the return of civilians displaced as a result of hostilities was discussed.

▪️Not all residents of the Kursk Region, "evacuated" by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the territory of Ukraine, returned home, about XX of them. Russia is ready to exchange military personnel and other categories of persons for residents of the Kursk region.

▪️The positions set out in the memorandums of Russia and Ukraine are very different, but the dialogue will continue.
