X. Revenue growth has decelerated in Q2 2025✅

• Revenue growth % has decelerated from ~35% in Q1 2025 to ~20% in Q2 2025 due to lower safe harbor revenue. Safe harbor activities allow renewable energy companies to lock in eligibility for tax credits by beginning project construction.

• $ENPH is currently facing several challenges and headwinds. However, the business is still growing in Q2 2025, but growth is less impressive. However this lates Q2 Report raises uncertainties around the business recovery. (see chart below).

• We believe Q3 2025 report will be critical to get a better picture on the investment thesis.
