GOAT Network’s node participation isn’t auto‑open to everyone at full mainnet launch but it will be open to any entity (developers, institutions, Bitcoin/DOGE holders) that applies and qualifies as a sequencer node operator. They’ve stated external operators can stake BTC or DOGE and join the decentralized sequencer mode
