The community has $700k of non-Cedar assets to solve this problem. We need, IMO, a minimum of $250k to add to the LP.

That would leave $450k between operations and rewards, plus all the CDR rewards. 

It’s plenty; we can’t be precious about short term rewards in the face of a crisis. Relatively the rewards we hold won’t make a big difference to our personal bags (and I say that as someone who will get a good chunk of them), but they will make a big difference to the project’s future right now if a good amount are injected into the LP.
