Dr. Barbabella’s April 2025 memo states Donald Trump weighs XXX pounds at X feet X inches, yielding a BMI of 28, categorized as “overweight” but not obese. It’s likely the White House physician misreported Donald Trump's weight, height or both to weigh less, be taller and have a lower BMI and get Trump in the “overweight” range instead of “obese.”
If the doctor lied about Trump’s height and weight, it seems plausible he lied about Trump's MoCA score, when he claimed that Trump got XX out of XX right, a perfect score. The likelihood the doctor lied about the weight and/or height raises questions about his truthfulness. But MoCA is only a test of cognitive impairment anyhow, not a test of general intelligence, like an IQ test, and it is fairly easy for people who are not severely impaired to score well on the simple 10-minute test.
