The Supreme Court has quashed the judgment of the Court of Appeal in Kumasi, which upheld the Kumasi High Court’s ruling for Nii Adama Latse’s name to be restored in the National House of Chiefs register as Ga Mantse. 

By this, the court has reaffirmed King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II as the rightful Ga Mantse.
