@SullyCNBC They also have cheap EVs. 
Here they cost too much and insurance costs double gas cars. 
At least comparing a Corolla Hybrid ins vs M3 by Tesla cost thru State Farm in CA. Double. 
Let us in the US buy Chinese EVs and I'd wager they sell more than the 8/100 currently
