Following a scrub on Monday, SpaceX is preparing once again to launch NASA's TRACERS mission along with nine other rideshare satellites. Liftoff from pad 4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base is targeting 11:13 am PT (2:13 pm ET / 1813 UTC).
