It’s absolutely impossible to maintain the entire history of Kaspa forever. We can be assured though that it’s cryptographically proven that the Genesis block started with an empty UTXO set and that nodes keeping the entire UTXO set means no malicious types of inflation occurred. Any Kaspa obtained by an address is supposed to be there and the nodes verify if it can be spent. In the future there will be an implementation that will also allow you to prove that a transaction that happened in the past is supposed to be in the DAG. 10-15 years from retrieving very old data for Kaspa can become a business venture. You pay the business to generate proof of transactions for a fee for example. With self sovereignty comes responsibility and if you wanna keep history of your data you have to do that yourself. Not force everyone else to keep it.
