I'm not against buying U23s as backups. Far from it. I'm just stating what we need to do to keep the squad together and avoid selling 6-7 backups every summer. 

If we have quality U23 backups, it means we MUST ROTATE HEAVILY to keep everyone happy.

That's the only way. Just pointing out the obvious.
