Lenders, train your staff.  Seriously train your staff.

I have a client who is a single member LLC taxed as a sole proprietorship.  Everything goes on a Schedule C that is part of the 1040.

From client and his summary is a good one based on lenders email I also have.

A lender is asking for a K-1 tax form. They said I should have one based off my 2024 return but it isn’t in there?
