Through $UNRG s imminent acquisition of Power LNG, we have obtained a long-term export license from the U.S. Department of Energy, authorizing the export of LNG to Free Trade Agreement nations through 12/31/50.   

👉This unlocks significant value for us by enabling containerized LNG exports from our Gulf Coast facilities to FTA markets such as Mexico, Panama, Chile, Peru, South Korea & Dominican Republic—all regions experiencing rapid demand growth for clean, flexible fuel alternatives.    

The license covers up to XXXX Bcf/year of natural gas, to be exported in ISO containers by vessel & supports our virtual pipeline model, designed to serve off-grid & decentralized power markets with scalable infrastructure.
