@Davis_Watkins1 I wouldn't go all-in on anything, but there is a place in a portfolio for $ULTY. 

I'm long term bullish, but I would caution most of the underlying stocks in the ETF are overbought and there could be a pullback:

So if you do want to buy, have a plan.
