-Remove the red tape to build and maintain global tech leadership
-Build it here—chips, models, agents, tools. This should be good for $INTC Foundry, but time will tell.
-Train the workforce, use and empower with AI, develop skills for the future. 

Incredibly supportive for big tech. Serves the  Mag 7, fabless chipmakers, model researchers and developers, and industry implementers well. 

Most bullish for $NVDA, $AMD, $MSFT, $GOOGL, $AMZN, $ORCL, $ARM

Momentum longer term for $NOW, $CRM, $IBM, $CSCO, $DELL, $HPE, $PANW and more.

Also good for startups and M&A down the line.
