@KevoPosts @FFDopester What’s silly? The cost of refinishing a maple hardwood court (~$30K) vs replacing (-$400K). Then you add in the cost of cutting the maple up into small pieces vs demolition and varnishing/painting and  id’ing the pieces. Not in the budget, I would imagine.
