they own most of these resorts and luxury homes

i just met them and i want to break down the deal i got from them

Deal: X week vacation yearly
rooms: swim out suites like the ones in Antigua etc
X week cost $XXX 
Original cost $XXXXX a week for the quality of rooms on offer
Cost to me: $9800 for X years

catch: pay upfront
