Indian pharma company paying R75.00 a share to buy out minorities of $JSEAIP Adcock-Ingram with Bidvest staying in as major shareholder when #AIP de-lists from @JSE_Group 

#AIP runs +18.13% to R67.70 having traded intra-day to R70.98

But it seems some in the leaky #JSE knew Monday when stock started to run  having gone nowhere at R52.20
